We teach our clients flexible dieting and macro counting (using our own personal experience and the experience of our clients) This allows you to create a sustainable and lifestyle friendly way of eating! This is not a fad diet or a quick and easy fix. This is something you will be able to follow for the rest of your life! We take into account your busy schedule, your experience level, your goals, etc. Your program will be delivered through the Kings Barbell mobile app!In the app you'll be able to watch tutorials on each exercise so you're never stuck wondering how or what to do.. no more YouTube'ing or googling workouts.. you can track your weights used, reps and more.Every detail about your gym sessions will be found here so you know exactly what to do each day! Q. What if I have never been to the gym? will this work for me?
Absolutely! We will start you out on a program that is appropriate for your level. You'll be given a step by step process from the moment you enter the gym until you leave.Every exercise can be viewed in video format, so you won't even have to worry about not knowing how to do an exercise.
Q. What if I don't know how to do an exercise?
Every exercise you perform will have a quick 15-30 second tutorial video with it! You can quickly and easily watch the video at home or even in the gym between sets.We also encourage out trainees to video their Squat, Bench and Deadlift and send them to us to further help you!
Q. Will I actually be held accountable?
Here at Kings Barbell, we are very passionate about training and getting our clients results. We reserve the right to call anyone out who appears to have fallen off!We REQUIRE check ins once a week. Also, as trainers, we have direct access to your workouts and can track your progress. So we can see if someone isn't doing their workouts!It's a very simple process, but keeps you motivated! We're here to see you win.
Q. What if I don't get results?
